I truly can’t say enough good things about this establishment and the owner, Virginia. I wanted to have a custom spa party for 12 girls for my sister’s bachelorette party and she made the scheduling and planning process so effortless. I had talked to probably a dozen other spas trying to explain what we were trying to do and none of them were able to accommodate us Even when I made changes to the reservation size and some people needed to leave earlier than others she spent hours making a schedule that worked for everyone. She even booked out an extra room for us since our reservation size increased. The attention to detail that this spa exudes is amazing. We had games, there was tea, lemonade, coffee, a huge snack tray for us to enjoy throughout the day. She even decorated the whole spa in heart balloons. Did I mention that she closed down the entire spa for our use for the whole day The entire staff made us all feel so relaxed and pampered. the massages, facials, mani/pedi were all so fantastic and each of us felt like they tended to our individual needs. I want to thank the staff and owner, Virginia of VA Spa & Salon for putting together the perfect day and working so hard. I will recommend this spa to everyone I know. Such a lovely location in Old Town Clifton, where charming buildings line the streets. The well-appointed salon in above a coffee shop and studio. I loved going to this spa. The owner was very attentive to my feet. I have been to many Nail salons and being a diabetic you must take of your feet. In many nail salons the service provider tends to be very rough because they are rushing to get to the next person. Virginia was absolutely amazing. She took her time and made sure I was fully pampered and was very gentle. The massage was so relaxing. My future daughter-in-law and I went to VA Spa for a trial updo and makeup for her wedding day;
VA Spa accommodated her changes from our initial phone call.
The technicians were very professional and eager to please. The stylist did a great job on her hair. She brought out the shine and beauty of her dark hair.
The makeup technician took her time and did a great job; and she made great suggestions for the final look. Both technicians were fun and affable.
