From the first introduction to find out what we were looking to achieve to the final on-site visits to check on design delivery; the attention to detail and customer service was exemplary. Throughout the process Nuno offered insightful design choices and refreshing alternatives to many aspects of our refurbishment; all of which had our vision and interests at the heart. Every little detail was meticulously thought out and supported by extremely clear (and quickly turned round) specification drawings.The VA London differentiator for us was the emphasis on the personal touch; the excelling factor was the professionalism with which this was delivered.
