How to put into words that this place will far beyond exceed all expectations?!? Southern Lace Estates is absolutely gorgeous. The entire grounds is done perfectly and you will never find a bridal or groom suite better than this amazing place. It’s evident from the photos how beautiful it is but what makes this place even more wonderful is the family that owns it. I had the pleasure of hiring Megan as our wedding coordinator and am so very thankful to have had her accessible to me the month of and all throughout the day. She went above and beyond to make sure the details were in place and never stopped smiling. They all love what they do and have spread their love into this beautiful venue. I cannot say enough wonderful things about SLE. I got married there on October 26, 2019. The family treated me like I belonged to the family also. They did everything in their power to make sure that my wedding was perfect and I wanted for nothing. I hired 'Megan' as my wedding coordinator and she was the best investment throughout the entire wedding process. She made my wedding completely stress-free, provided every amenity (in per possession) to me, and she was available whenever I needed her (day or night). We must say this venue takes our breath away!! With all the beautiful amenities through out the venue a couple will feel like royalty. We love the details in the Bride and Groom's room. Southern Lakes Estates is a truly wonderful and magical place for a wedding, a corporate event or family event. The area is so beautifully wooded and if you are lucky, you can see deer and other wildlife. The event areas, bride/ groom areas are well appointed and the furnishings are comfortable and provide a very relaxing atmosphere. SLE is truly in a class by itself. Elegant and beautiful chapel with gorgeous chandeliers. Ample rooms that seem to be very accommodating for the wedding parties. . Excellent food with awesome wait staff...the wedding I am attending, in my opinion is med size about 150-200 people. The banquet area also very spacious....ALOT of personal touches as monogrammed hand towels in the restrooms. Poor lighting to the sides of the stairwell where cake cutting and photo booth were housed. This is definitely not a "country" venue even though it is nestled in the woods.Only down fall is maybe they ran out of money because the bathroom facilities left a little to be desired...poor quality wood and paint. Be careful with your small children as there are no safeguards for the stairs to the second floor.... More...
