Excellent for strength training. If you want to be skinny dont waste their time. If you want to build a powerful core, to be come truely fit. You can find that here. I am 55 years old. In my mind I dont feel that old. Now my body begins to agree. Starting my second year in this gym . I have made use of Rebbeca as a training coach. My overall improvement has accelerated.
