my lil crazy did a trial class and loved it! so we signed him up and man can this lil munchkin do some push ups. They keep you up to date on all classes, tests, and extra activities. USA Karate & Fitness is the best! Our 4 year old has been going to this karate school for over a year and the growth we have seen in him is unbelievable. He is more confident and disciplined. Master Ruff does a great job with the kids. He teaches them physical fitness, self defense, respect, manners, etc. Above everything else they always have fun. My favorite part is how parents and families are always included. Once a month we have “Parents Coach Week” where we are invited into the class to help our children train. My 7yo and 5yo have loved there classes at hamilton. They get excited each week and you can see there enjoyment during class.

It’s been a awesome time the last half a year since my 10 year old joined. I’ve seen changes at home since starting (such as he has became able to focus better) and I know there’s only more room for growth with the amazing training he is receiving at the Jackson location. I highly recommend it!

If you're looking for a great kickboxing workout then give this place a try! I started there about a month ago and already see a difference in my measurements and strength. The instructors are focused to give you a great workout but also they focus on your technique as well!! I've been to plenty of kickboxing classes ex CKO, at CKO I didn't learn technique and that's what students need so you don't injury yourself. At USA karate and fitness the instructors motivate and help you out!! I'm happy I found them and it's convenient from my house which is hard to find in Hunterdon County. More...

The UFK Team is AMAZING! My daughter has been attending classes for the last two years! The instructors are amazing and extremely personable & so fantastic with the kids! I would highly recommend bringing your child here! They offer great event nights for the kids so parents can drop them off and enjoy a few hours to themselves.
