I have used US Window Films twice now in the last year, for two separate commercial properties in St. Johns County. John has always been professional, shows up on time, completes the projects in a reasonable amount of time, and offers fair prices. He takes his business seriously and provides quality service. LOVE MY WINDOW FILM!!! I also couldn't disagree more with customer 7035!! We have nothing but good things to say about US Window Films! ! We were very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge we received from this company! We were experiencing FIRE ROASTING HEAT in our living room in the afternoon which made it completely unbearable to tolerate! John (owner) came to our home and explained all the different types of window films and which one would best fit our needs. We have been so pleased with the window film and we can now sit in our living room and enjoy it. And what a difference in our electric bill !!!! We are looking forward to having US Window Films come back out to our home to install more window film through out the rest of the house!! More...

I couldnt disagree more with "customer 7035". I am very satisfied with my experience with US Window Film and thought John Cason (owner) was extremely knowledgeable about his product and very geared toward our satisfaction. Being the proud parents of a new baby boy, we decided to have the nurserys window tinted (the babys room gets the afternoon sun...HOT!). I can not tell you the difference the film made in his room! No longer is it warm and stuffy in there, its actually quite pleasant. Prior to using US Window Films we had a large box fan to help cool the room. Well...bye bye box fan! We are having John and his crew come back out for an estimate on our bedroom window and sliding glass door in the living room. Also, we are looking forward to a decrease in our electric bill. The above referenced poor review was written by a gentleman who simply does not wish to pay for services rendered. He specifically chose the film to be placed upon the windows of his guard shack and was properly informed as to what the film could and could not achieve for his needs. He admits to being properly educated on the film, and that our company was extremely professional. The issue's only began when time for payment arose. Now that the BBB has dismissed Alex's complaint, and ruled in our favor, he his going to the internet to slander our company. More...
