Recently, I had to replace a leaking shower and decided to do a whole bathroom remodel. I called a few designers; however, right from the beginning, none shared a clearly articulated vision for my bathroom. Lori's design was not only beautiful, she helped me to see the potential of the space. She understood the type of design I liked and was able to make great suggestions about materials and placement. The construction process was amazing. First, she and her team let me know what to expect and when. Second, she was very considerate of the needs of my partner and me as we were living in the home during the construction. Third, anytime anything came up, I was able to speak directly with either Lori or the supervisor onsite. I can't begin to say enough about how well the construction process went due to the presence of her or her team at the site. It made me feel very comfortable knowing that our home was in very good hands when I was not able to be there (which was almost all days). More...

Urbano Design and Build recently helped bring our custom home design dreams to life. We had a look and feel that we knew we wanted, but couldn't find a comfort level with the other central Texas builders we talked with. Urbano Design was hired to build an unattached studio for my In-Laws who we relocated from Florida. In addition to the studio, the project included a pool and surrounding deck.
My wife selected these builders for one reason, Lori Urbano. With any sizeable investment such as this project, you have to have confidence and trust in the builder, we did with Lori from day one.
Lori was extremely professional. Her hands-on style and knowledge of the business was reassuring to us. What stood out to me was that over time, Lori became part of our family. She was always respectful, never dismissed any of our suggestions or questions, you could tell that Lori took pride in her work.........It was more than just collecting a check!
If all of the above is what you are looking for in a builder, than I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lori Urbano to fulfill your dreams!
