I’ve been working out with Lauren for just under a year and I have nothing but positive things to say. I’ve noticed a definite change in my body, stamina and balance – all important. Lauren's workouts are unique, challenging, and continuously evolving, which is why I've been an UrbanCore junkie for over four years. We initially conduct an assessment on each client to determine their current physical performance and provide them with realistic and achievable programs and timelines We have been in this fitness and wellness industry for over 10+ years. No client is the same. Our personal training programs are designed and customized to each individual.

We love helping and motivating people to make lifelong lifestyle changes that they not only can follow-through on but embody. We believe in creating a positive impact on people's lives.

Our team has over 10+ years experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Each personal trainer and fitness instructor is certified by CanFit Pro, and continues to follow-up and update their education and certifications. Our nutritionists and wellness experts are all trained and accredited from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) or the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Our fitness and nutrition experts are also regular guest experts in the media.

At Urban Core we provide services both online + remote. We provide in-person fitness services: 1:1 personal training, group classes including Pilates, Bootcamps and Yoga as well as Nutrition and Wellness services in Toronto and the GTA. We also offer online and remote personal training and fitness classes as well as online/virtual nutrition and wellness workshops.

We ensure all staff follow all rules and regulations for COVID-19 and ensure that each facility we meet our clients in, also follows COVID-19 protocols.

Personal training is designed to be flexible around your schedule and your fitness level.
Our Personal Training programs are custom designed to be flexible around your schedule and fitness level. Our trainers can come to you at your home, office or nearby outdoor space (e.g: public park), or you can visit our downtown fitness studio.

Everyone in our personal training program starts with an assessment of previous injuries, existing imbalances and health concerns. With this information, we work to develop the best plan for your unique personal goals, and realistic timelines for your fitness progress. This is an essential component of any successful workout program, as is client-trainer communication. At Urbancore, we’re always listening and ready to help you along in your fitness journey.

Urbancore’s virutal or only bootcamp is a small group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training, strength training and weight training. Core work and stretching is also included in each session. Each class is different and pushes participants harder than they’d push themselves. These bootcamp classes lead to fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people while improving strength, stamina and endurance.

Our nutrition plans are created with you in mind. Whether you want a Vegan or Vegetarian meal plan, Gluten-free, Keto or Paleo, our in-house nutritionist will work with you and your dietary needs, to create a holistic meal plan with supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

Our Weight Loss Plans includes both fitness and nutrition services. Get a meal plan with our Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) and a fitness plan created by our top personal trainers.

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every day, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
