I have been interested in trying yoga for a while but was worried I would stick out like a sore thumb in a class. I started with the beginners series which was fantastic and gave me the confidence I needed to enroll in other classes. All of the instructors are phenomenal, they offer guidance and support to improve your practice (but only if you choose). I have never once felt out of place. It has been an excellent learning experience and I am excited to continue learning and growing at Urban Yoga. I really enjoy the Vinyasa for Beginners, Candlelight Yin and Yoga for Stress and Anxiety classes. Love urban yoga! The first time I was there I was welcomed with open arms. The instructors are all so genuine & definetly know what they’re doing, it is such an amazing experience and I’m so glad I found somewhere like UY!

Not only is Urban Yoga a great studio that provides the classes I need for "ME time", the instructors are kind, real, and genuine people. The calm and serene atmosphere at UY is absolutely amazing! I was lucky to get a gift card from my boyfriend to UY and got to experience an amazing workshop. This is for all the men out there, if you want to give a little “just because” to your significant other, I would highly recommend getting a gift card to UY! She will be head over heels for you ;) Not only I got to bring home jewelry(mala that we created)but I also had a peaceful & beautiful experience. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and make you feel like they want you there. Being new to yoga, I was nervous to come to some of the classes, but all of the teachers are so kind and helpful. I love it!
