The owner, the teachers, the atmosphere, the other students...all wonderful! This is, by far, my favorite yoga studio. Street parking is readily available and you can even get lucky and have an open air rooftop yoga class

I found this oasis thru a mutual friend. I had a full knee replacement and wasn't walking well ...with a cane in fact, and here at this very special place i began to truly heal. The restorative class was incredible. It was a tremendous help to learn to walk again without a cane and 2+ years later I've not looked back and continue to improve my practice. How BLESSED to have found this place. Ghylian Bell the founder is one dynamic person. Her energy, commitment, Â dedication and style of teaching is one that is so truly special--- Â I can't begin to articulate what she can do for you...you will simply have to experience it for yourself ---NAMASTE !
