Nutrition - bespoke nutrition plans are created for every single client providing both dietary and lifestyle advice, with possible supplements and further testing if required. In particular specialising in stress, anxiety, depression, weight loss and eating disorders.
Hypnotherapy - working with individuals to help them overcome a whole host of thoughts and fears that can hold us back from living life to the full, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, fear, phobia, trauma, weight-loss and stop smoking.
Nutrition + hypnotherapy packages - specifically for weight loss, anxiety and depression, because how we think and what we eat are intrinsically linked and often we need to address both in order to see real improvements in how we feel.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A good diet is the very base of someone's health and wellbeing, but with today's modern and super busy lifestyle this can be hard to achieve. Increasingly, research is finding more connections between or gut and our brain, which places even more importance on eating well and having a good diet.
What do you love most about your job?
You just cannot beat the feeling when a client comes back for a follow-up appointment and they look and feel better because they have followed your advice.
Often people come to see me when they have exhausted the mainstream options with their GP/conventional medicine and so they are desperate to feel better. By working with them and making adjustments to their diet, sometimes with the help of nutritional supplements, often within a few weeks their symptoms have improved or gone completely.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work in advertising for some of the UKs biggest magazine brands and at the time I loved it - the pace, the buzz, the entertaining. However, living at this pace soon took its toll on own my health and really affected my moods which is when I discovered an amazing book called The Mood Cure by Julia Ross. From then on I was hooked. That was over 14 years ago now and it hasn't stopped!
Why should our clients choose you?
Working in a demanding industry and being worn down by stress and poor health myself, I know just how hard it is to find the balance when work/life gets in the way. I have been there and got the T-shirt!
I believe in balance as I think life is too short not to enjoy food or to spend your whole time controlling your calories or writing down every morsel that passes your lips, which is creating a whole new side to disordered eating. So when people come to see me they get practical and achievable goals and advice that works for them specifically - no two people are the same so why would one plan fit all?
I am also a clinical hypnotherapist so that I can support my clients mentally as well as through their diet - either using the disciplines individually or I offer specific packages that use both nutrition and hypnotherapy. Having suffered myself with mental health issues, addressing how we think is just as important as what we eat.
For example, in my experience over-eating isn't just about being hungry or whether you're eating the right foods, it's all too often linked with an emotion or emotions which naturally need to be addressed for some. Or anxiety can be made worse if you have a poor diet, but often you need to address the initial trigger that has caused the anxiety too.
The fact that our gut and our brain are linked both physically and mentally, I believe it is vital that we address both how we think AND what we eat to really improve our health and well-being.
