I have a much loved magnolia tree at the front of my house but it had become far too big and I need it pruning but with great care! Matt understood that and did a great job, thinning out, letting light through but keeping a good shape. The job was in an awkward situation, on the edge of the garden, near the road but all was finished well and cleared completely. If give more than five stars, I would! We had a eucalyptus tree that was long overdue for some TLC, and Matt his colleague certainly gave our tree just that! Everything was explained to us beforehand, and the work was completed exactly as Matt described. Well, what can I say, but absolutely wonderful service from Matt and his colleague this morning. Badly needed a willow tree reducing in height, a fir tree removing completely and a row of Cyprus trees lopped by 4ft and fronts trimming. Excellent work, all rubbish removed, site completely tidied. Matt and his colleague completed work this morning, to a very high standard, and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome! Badly needed a willow tree reducing in height, a fir tree completely removed, and a row of Cypress trees lopping by 4ft, and fronts trimming. All waste was cleared and removed and site left clear. Matt has been managing our back hedges for a few years now. They are not easy to access but they work quickly, always clear up well and the hedges look great. I had a large Contorted willow cut down to ground level and disposed of by dragging the branches from the back garden to the shredder on the front drive. Absolutely delighted by the work carried out by the guys at Urban Tree Care. I have been using Urban Tree Care for some years now, firstly to remove some conifers from our garden, and then to regularly trim back the overgrown ivy and keep a large tree trimmed and under control. Matthews drafted the relevant forms for us, submitted the documents to the council and kept us updated on the status of our application. He also guided us on the trees that would be subject to protection and those that we could remove.
