I trained with Bella for a free 30 day trial. I really enjoyed the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the actual training sessions. Bella really cared about my goals and made sure I trained to the best of my ability. She showed me ways to improve my technique to enable me to make the most out of the exercises in my plan. Simply the best gym and PT experience providers! Service, staff and planning according to individual needs is the the best quality the group hold along with being extremely friendly, lively and adding a personal touch to the service. These guys are experts in organising fun activities with their members like the WOLF run, hikes and walks which enables everyone to keep fit in a fun way and engages individuals with similar fitness goals. Even though the service is absolutely spectacular I do feel the rates are considerably high. This could be something for the team to think about. More...

Bella has played a huge part in me being able to achieve my personal fitness targets and gain confidence within the gym. From our very first meeting Bella listen to my goals and explained how I could achieve through not only training smart but by focusing on my nutrition as well. With support in both the gym and via WhatsApp, I knew I could ask a question without being made to feel silly. Bella even tailored the workout regime so it was adaptable to both of the gyms I use. Every exercise was explained, and the correct technique was implemented right away, thus meaning I no longer suffer from a bad back which was most likely caused through bad form. The service Urban Training PT offers goes far beyond personal training, it has allowed me to release stress and reconnect with my body at a deeper level. Through a personalised program, I was able to push myself further and realise that I was capable of much more than I thought I could (Tough mudder, marathon, olympic lifting, etc). This gave me an amazing energy boost for my day-to-day life, but also for my career. Dedicating time and money to train with a personal trainer actually gave me more mind space to achieve my goals and led me to be more successful than ever.The level of knowledge that they bring is exceptional. I have been training with Annabelle for a few months now and I’m so glad I made the decision to start. She writes me a tailored programme to suit me and also pushes me to my limits! She listens to me and always adapts each session if I’m struggling. I have set goals with Annabelle that I thought I would never be able to achieve but she believes I can. I also attend the ‘Urban Active’ sessions on a Saturday which are super fun and you get to meet new people. For the past 30 days I have had training from Bella. She taught me how to undertake moves correctly so as not to injure myself and each move was dissected so that I was able to achieve the best results from each rep. Bella has been great; her energy and positive attitude enabled me to push myself during each session. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, not only because I could see an improvement in overall fitness and strength but I have learnt techniques which will aid me in my fitness journey and will enable me to progress further. The knowledge I have gained from these sessions has been invaluable. From what I've experienced and seen, the Urban Training team consist of highly motivated individuals who can push you to the next level not just physically but mentally. Annabelle has helped me go from strength to strength in terms of weightlifting, cardio capacity and overall health (i’ve lost inches from my waist). In terms of health, I can now exercise a full hour without needing my inhaler at all, I can lift my body weight and also, have met a group of lovely and likeminded individuals along the way. Urban Training really provide you with a sense of community in their classes and PT sessions. The training from Annabelle is top notch and she always takes the time to understand exactly what you want/need as well as explaining every movement fully so you can perform it with good form. I have gained heaps of confidence in the gym from my PT sessions and would thoroughly recommend Annabelle to anyone (and I have sent a few friends her way who are now also training with her!). Nothing is too much trouble and I enjoyed every session. Just gutted I can’t continue the sessions as have moved out of the area! Awesome class full of lots of variation and fun ways to exercise. I joined the Saturday morning class in February 2019 and since then I have gained so much confidence when exercising and I have picked up some really good tips from Annabelle. She is fantastic! I cant recommend UT highly enough. Alex helped create a training plan for my first marathon. He took the time to analyse my strengths & weaknesses before creating a tailored plan involving a mixture of cardio workouts & core strengthening excercise. They have helped me set my marathon PB over the past 9 months,. I've never felt as fit as i do now and I feel I have really benefitted from a lack of injuries which I'm convinced is a result of their experience, care and guidance. I first approached Liam in 2013 whilst I was training with another PT as I needed to build my endurance, stamina and strength and had seen how he trained himself, and the attention and effort he put into each and every client individually. We readily became friends and 6 years down the line, he is still standing patiently by me, meeting my ever changing training needs, giving me the time I need to recover, supporting me as both a friend and PT, and giving me the push I need each and every day. My first few PT sessions with Alex were to simply lose a little 'podge' in order to fit into a bridesmaid dress in 6 weeks time. .. 18 months later and I am still working with him! Every session is different and challenging, the variety continually pushes me and even after so long I still feel the efforts the next day!!Having broke my wrist 6 months ago, Alex created a new training plan for me which enabled me to maintain my fitness level and to rebuild my strength over time. He gave me the confidence to work with my injury and did so with patience - without his support I'm not sure I would have returned to the gym at all and now I think I am fitter and stronger than ever! From my own personal experience and also knowing a number of their clients, I would highly recommend Alex and Liam to anyone regardless of age, fitness or personal goal. I trained with Liam and Alex over a couple of years and would recommend them to anyone. Their approach, and their professional attitude, is all centred around motivation and expertise. They genuinely care about their clients development and put so much effort into helping them identify and pursue their own goals. Every single session was relevant to training goals and was also so much fun, even the times I hated it, and i always left feeling great about myself! I’ve trained with Annabelle for just over two years, when I had not really been to a gym before and I can say that she really care about her clients and about helping them with their journey and wanting the best for them. She keeps you motivated and supported as you work towards your goals, and always make sure you leave a session feeling like you’ve done well even when you think you haven’t. I’ve trained with Alex and Liam for over two years, starting off when I had not set foot in a gym for about 15 years, and I can say honestly that they really care about their clients and about helping them with their journey. They keep you motivated and supported as you work towards your goals, and always make sure you leave a session feeling like you’ve done well even when you feel broken. Having a huge amount of expertise between them, they keep the training interesting end enjoyable by introducing new exercises and techniques and mixing it up depending on your strengths or wants on any particular day/week/month. Cant recommend this guy enough! Helped get me to my best shape ive ever been in during my 10 week prep for my first show. He was there 24/7 to help me and stayed up all hours just to get my prep sorted ! A genuine guy who does it for the love of the sport!! Amazing More...

I have been training with Liam now for just over 2 months and can not thank him enough my fitness levels have increased so much he finds ways to push you farther than you believed you could get to with a few simple diet changes I have lost almost 8kgs in this time if anyone is thinking of finding a PT then Liam is a perfect trainer works with your goals designs a fitness program around your goals and any health issues you have he finds ways to get the most out of you sometimes without you knowing but sometimes you feel like you can not do what he gives you but he finds ways to push you through towards your goals I can not thank him enough for all his help getting me to where I am now and look forwards to many more sessions with him I look at trainers as an investment in your health and fitness I could not wish for a better person to trust with making this happen

I have been going to the gym regularly before I started training with Liam but have always struggled to put on muscle and gain lean mass. Have tried various things including fitness apps and workout programmes from the Internet, after all what can't you find on the Internet today right? I was proved wrong shortly after a few month of training with Liam because the results had been astonishing. Liam designs the fitness programme and diet plan according to my goal and life styles. Provides alternative fitness meal solutions such as NBD and protein bar when I said my work doesn't allow me to have sit-down meals. His sessions and programmes always use a mixture of different training techniques so my body is constantly being stretched to its limit whilst still stays within my comfort level. Liam is very friendly and fun to train with. The fact that he is very disciplined on his own training is really positive and motivates me to push myself further. He proactively asks for feedbacks, which just convince me that I will be improving continuously through the sessions with him, and get closer to my goal. Overall, I would recommend Liam to anyone who really wants to make a difference in his or her fitness levels. More...
