Well I have to say I am so impressed with ‘Microneedling’ facial experience and results!! Lily was my therapist, professional, discreet and caring, she explained the process so well. The alternative to Botox the skin is given a coat of numbing cream, once that takes effect a little roller is used to make tiny pricks in the skin. You can feel it but hardly any pain at all. Over the next two week period the skin generates new collagen, it’s collagen therapy and after only one treatment I can see a difference! I will definitely be booking a course! I had a microneedling treatment done at Glow. Lilly talked me through the process and answered any questions I had before undertaking the procedure. Lilly was informative and engaging throughout, ensuring that she explained exactly what she was doing. The procedure was not unpleasant having had numbing cream applied prior to the needle wheel being used. Clear instructions as to after treatment care were provided, along with an email with further post care contained within. I have to say, as the first treatment of this kind I didn’t know what to expect, but as the week has passed the results are clear. Fine lines have gone and frown lines are reduced. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars!!! I have been going to Urban Beauty for a while now and I cannot recommend them enough. All the girls are friendly, polite, caring and take pride in their work. I mainly have my nails done but have also had my eyebrows and eyelash extensions done in the past. My eyelashes lasted a lot longer than I expected which was brilliant as from previous salons they’ve lasted days! The girls are always amazing at fitting me in an appointment if i manage to snap/ break a nail. I cannot fault the service or treatments at Urban Beauty and will certainly be experiencing more. I had booked in for a hot stone massage and unfortunately the room had been double booked so the girls offered me there new hot bamboo massage instead and I am so pleased I had it done. it was so relaxing the pressure was just right and the therapist who did the treatment was so lovely and made me feel so relaxed.
