I first met Bob when he was just getting his business started and he did an excellent job on a roof replacement on my house in Eagan. His knowledge of materials, construction, and codes is unsurpassed. 10 years later I called on Bob again for a roof replacement on my house in Vandals Heights. He and his crew again displayed the same high quality work, attention to detail, and resolving issues. Bob is usually on site overseeing the work which is very unique for an owner in his line of work. Recently, Bob came to my current house in Lake Elmo for consultation on possible roof issues and once again provided exceptional service and insights that I confidently respect and can rely upon. No work is needed at this time which further demonstrates Bob's integrity in not pushing unneeded work. I've worked with Bob multiple times when our home in Ramsey was ravaged by storm damage. A true man of his word who strives to produce A1 top notch service, whether by himself or through the crew(s) he employs.
A sign of a true leader is having crews who work to be on time with same quality of work Bob would produce himself and who do so with joyful hearts knowing their work will be appreciated and rewarded.
If a problem should arise. Bob is also first on the spot to determine root cause along with best solution to remedy. As an engineer, I have high expectations and I would say Bob's even surpasses mine.
If you want on time, dependable, top quality work with an accurate bid you can trust before a hammer even comes out of it's holster to begin work, I would highly recommend UpWright Restoration is who you want on the job!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Bob and Carol Wright were inspired to start UpWright because, after decades of experience in the industry, Bob wanted to go back to the basics. We built UpWright on the vision that we could be successful by helping homeowners be successful and doing so with honesty and integrity.
