Stefan is an unbelievable person and DJ. From our first phone call, I knew that we had to have him for my sister’s wedding. His bubbly personality definitely won us over! He went over and beyond to make sure my sister and brother-in-law had the best wedding possible. From the personalized monogram to the unforgettable audio edit for their first dance. Stefan is incredible! Within the first few minutes of our initial phone call with him we knew he was the one. As a couple planning a destination wedding, Stefan was such a great help planning our reception. He thought of things we did not even think of and improved the evening. The reception was beyond our expectations and dreams. His knowledge of music made both of our personalities come through. He is truly incredible at brining everyone together and engaging guests. All of our guests raved that it was one of the best weddings they came to and we owe that to Stefan and his talent. Stefan basically guided us minute-by-minute through how the reception would go. He is extremely detail-oriented yet also very flexible. Stefan also looks for ways to exceed your expectations. For example, the day of the wedding I found out that one of my favorite songs had a Quebecois version. I asked him if he could play that version instead of the English version. The minute we met with Stefan we knew that he would be the one we would choose to entertain for our weddings. He has such an amazing personality which was best suited for any party thrown. He was extremely professional and was prepared on the first meeting with ideas and a program that would benefit our wedding idea and theme.
He asked questions, and made sure to get to know and understand the bride and groom to ensure that the party would run smoothly. We appreciate all the time and effort that was taken to make sure our wedding was extra special.
The lighting, the music, the sound was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Our guest even raved on Stefan's up beat personality and constantly keeping them on the dance floor. The music choices were great! The variety of old and new songs kept everyone on the danced loot. For whatever reason even when taken off track on the original schedule, Stefan was still open to making sure all the elements we requested were taken care of.
We were so thrilled with Stefan and the Uptown Express team. We would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Stefan and his team are exceptional at everything they do! Stef was professional, innovative, accommodating, and fun from the first time we contacted him right up until the final song of the night. Stef took the time to get to know both of us throughout the planning process, which translated into a very personalized and unique wedding ceremony and reception. Stefan and his team are Fantastic! My husband and I would highly recommend Uptown Xpress. We knew we wanted to work with Stefan straight away from our first meeting, even exchanging messages with him beforehand you can feel his enthusiasm for his profession. He is very organized and professional and he added a style of class and uniqueness to our wedding we absolutely loved! We received raved reviews on the Love Story. It added an element to our wedding we will never forget!

We first met Stefan a year before our wedding date. He was very professional and full of ideas. He made us feel like our wedding was a unique event and not pre-packaged with recycled ideas. He took the time to get to know our personalities and what we imagined our wedding to be like. From helping us put together a timeline to making the room look absolutely amazing Uptown Xpress takes care of the details.

On the day of the wedding, Stefan and his team were full of energy and enthusiasm. It was obvious they wanted to put on a great show and they exceeded our expectations.

Stefan is not only a guy who has got rhythm, he's also a professionally trained vocalist. One of the best investments for our wedding. We highly recommend Stefan and his assistant, Xander. Stefan is professional, experienced, organised and friendly. "Stefan and his team were just perfect! Stefan made us incredibly comfortable every step of the way and really listened to us. He helped make everything so personalized right from the ceremony to the time we closed the dance floor at 1am! Stefan was phenomenal! Professional, reliable and great energy. He has such a positive demeanor and my husband and I felt at ease knowing we did not need to stress when it came to the music/DJ. He really knows what he is doing and had great suggestions as to what music should be played at what times throughout the day (reception, dinner, dancing). But also made sure our personalities and music taste were showcased in what was played. He was in consistent contact with us whether on the phone or email (as we are in a different province) to make sure nothing had been overlooked and that my husband and I were completely satisfied.
