Very impressed and highly recommended.So I will admit that I was at a loss when it came to booking a car service to/from LAX. So many companies out there, so many of whom have terrible reviews. And there there's the pricing -- all the way up to over $1,000! I feel very fortunate to have booked with Upperclass Limousine Service. They were extremely professional from the initial booking, continuous communication, and overall quality of livery service. Our driver both to and from LAX, Al, was great. He showed up early outbound, and was at the airport for the late-night return trip by the time we landed. Communication couldn't have been easier via text. The vehicle -- a late model Lincoln Navigator -- was very clean, comfortable, and perfect if if you have a fair bit of luggage (we were a party of three adults). Â And the pricing, very good value for money!Would I recommend Upperclass? Absolutely! Will I be using them again? Absolutely!Update: used Upperclass for the second time to/from the LA Cruise terminal. Again, excellent, prompt, courteous service in well-maintained, clean vehicles. I booked a limo with Upperclass last week and had a wonderful experience. The limo was for a funeral procession, so we had to book last minute. I spoke to Lucky on the phone and he was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of the funeral, our limo arrived early to make sure that they were on time for us. Our driver, Dilip, was courteous and attentive and our limo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with water and sodas. I reserved the limo for our daughter's prom.  I worked with Dinish and he was extremely professional and great customer service.  A few days before the actual Prom event my daughter got a call to finalize the locations and what types of drinks they wanted in the limo.Their driver was David  or Dilip (sorry the excitement of the evening they forgot) and he arrived on time and really connected with the kids.  They had several stops before and after the prom and he got them home safely and on time.On a professional note, I also used them for a work event and their prices were extremely competitive and were available on such short notice to transport 25 people to the Warner Brothers Studio.I would highly recommend this car service and use them again. My friends and I were looking for limo to take us to a school dance from Walnut, CA to Hollywood and Highland. I called this business and I was transferred to speak to Dinesh. He gave me the rates and informed me that they only take credit card for new customers in case we break something in the limo in which they will charge off the credit card. So we booked a 8 passenger Lincoln stretch limo with Upperclass and our driver was Dilip. He arrived promptly at the requested time and was very professional and polite. When he picked us up to drive us back to Walnut, I just called him an hour before we wanted to leave and when he arrived an hour later, he gave me a call to let me know he was there. The limo was pretty nice. It had LED lights decorated all over the interior. There was also complimentary drinks! My husband won a Limousine ride and lunch on Rodeo Drive when he appeared on The Price is Right.Anyhow, we didnt have much time left to take the ride and lunch, so we arranged to take it yesterday. Upper Class Limousines was the company that The Price is Right had arranged for us to travel with. Â The driver, Dilip, was awesome! Â He picked us up at 10am in a beautiful stretch black Limo, complete with light show and bottle of Champagne (which I enjoyed...the whole bottle on the road). Â He took us on a lovely scenic drive up the Malibu coast and then, pulled over so we could take photos at the beach. Â Then, continued on to have us at the Polo Club in Beverly Hills at 1pm. Â When we were done with our meal and shopping, Dilip was prompt in picking us up. Â We arrived home at 4pm, where he allowed us to take even more photos.We had a wonderful time! More...
