Just took my first class with April and I loved it! Easy to modify up or down to your personal preference and she keeps you motivated the whole time. Will definitely be back!

I love the Sunday workouts. April is a great instructor who is good at motivating you and the workout leaves you feeling accomplished. A great way to start the week off.

April Krantz is amazing! I am retired and taking her body chisel class and am getting stronger with every class. She makes sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly and stays within your own limitations. A very challenging class!
