Josh and crew were great to work with! My little guy Duke was 10 months when I got him, and is my first dog since I was a little kid. I was nervous about leaving him home alone for a full work day but found Updog through a Google search and had a great experience from the first communication. It was reassuring to know Duke had the same walker every time and Josh reached out to me beforehand if it would be a different walker. Josh and his team with Updog Walking are amazing. They are prompt, diligent, and incredibly compassionate. I used Updog Walking consistently for over 6 months as my family and I transitioned to Denver and it was by far the best experience my family and I have had with a dog walking service. I just recently got a new Bernese Mountain dog puppy, Jackson. One of our biggest concerns with getting a new puppy was the fact both me and my girlfriend work full time and have a 30 minute commute so a long lunch break was not an option for us. Updog has exceeded my expectations and I feel so comfortable knowing that our sweet boy is in good hands while we are at work. Our dog walker, Morgan treats him like her own dog and has been fantastic (even though Jackson is very difficult to even get off the front lawn)! I monitor my email constantly for the detailed notes and pictures each time to let us know how the walk went! We've been so happy using Updog for our French Bulldog, Puffin. The PetCheck system they use keeps you fully in the loop -- letting you know when they arrive, what your dog did on the walk, and when they left. They even send you pictures! Great service and always friendly walkers. Josh is a very accommodating owner with his staff focused on ensuring your dog gets his/her daily exercise when you're out. Can't say enough good things about Josh and his team. After a terrible experience with another dog walker (who wasn't actually walking my pup) I found updog. The GPS tracked walks, along with emailed pictures and notes about the walk are proof that my dog is getting the activity he deserves. Plus, everyone who has walked him (Allie, Maggie, Josh, Stephanie, Lynette) are true dog lovers. He gets one primary walker, but a few who come fill in, and he loves all of them. They're reliable, fairly priced, and take great care of Jackson. They've helped me out when I've gotten stuck in binds, and don't seem to have an issue with my constantly changing schedule. Legitimate A+.  Incredibly helpful dog walking service which is always prompt and professional.  I work long hours with an erratic schedule and they have never let me down.  Super professional and they never leave a trace.  They always leave a full water bowl and have cleaned up accidents in the house and have always locked up after they left.  They are high tech and will leave you a magnetic barcode which you put on the fridge.  Whenever they come and go they will scan in and you'll get an email or text letting you know when they are leaving and returning from the walk along with a brief summary and photos.  10 star dog walking service. I recently rescued a 10 month old pup and needed to figure out a plan for dog walking pretty quickly so I could get back to my normal work schedule.  I got Gracie on a Monday, contacted Josh on Tuesday, met Josh and Allie on Wednesday and by Friday we were scheduled for our first walk!  Gracie is a bit nervous and timid and she barked at Josh and Allie the whole time they were at my apartment for the meet and greet but they assured me it would be fine.  She also has some leash aggression so I was anxious about the first walk but it turns out that Gracie loves Allie and their walks together!  They are great at communicating and letting me know how she did that day (or if she chewed up any of my remotes, or picture frames, or spatulas!).   I am so glad I found them, I feel much better knowing Gracie isn't alone all day and that I have someone that really cares about her as well! Josh and Updog are an amazing dog walking service. I work as a resident physician, and my schedule is always changing, sometimes last second- can't emphasize enough how accommodating Josh was with all my last minute changes. Not only that, but they have a technology where they scan in and scan out at your house that sends an email telling you what time they were there so I can see it directly at work- so nice to have that information readily available each day! I love these guys! They've been watching my little chihuahuas for several months now, after I had a terrible experience with Out-U-Go! Denver. I hired Josh and his team for watching my pups while I'm out of town sometimes on the weekends. My apartment is always in great shape when I come back from being out of town, and my little fatties are well-fed and well-loved. I don't have to worry about them booking up way far in advance, which is really nice. It's been very easy to schedule last-minute appointments and make changes when needed.Last time I was out of town, my flight back was canceled because of bad weather. I called Josh, and he personally made sure to check on my dogs a couple more times until I was able to get back the next day on a later flight.My only complaint (and it's a very minor one!) is the functionality of the site on which I book my appointments. It's not the most user-friendly. But I'm willing to deal with that small detail to get excellent service from Updog. I highly recommend them! More...

I just starting working with Joshua at Updog and so far the experience has been superb. We were in need of a dog walker; I work long hours and my husband is always on conference calls or traveling. Our pup needs a consistent walk so we were looking for someone who could walk him 30 minutes each weekday. I called him last week and got a call back the same day. We made plans to meet the following afternoon.  Our dog really took to him and Joshua asked a ton of questions about how we handle training and how we give commands - he wants to ensure he keeps it consistent. I like that. He has been by once to walk our dog and he showed up when he said he would and gave our dog a full 30 minutes - he also filled up his water bowl and made sure our pup drank plenty. It's in the high 80's today. He is a super nice guy and I feel he is trustworthy. He has a key to my house but more importantly, he is with my dog (my baby) unsupervised - I have the utmost trust in him in both matters. He is extraordinarily tall and he could probably lift a car - so I immediately felt confident that he could lift my 60lb lab if needed and that he can absolutely handle him. Side note: I have a 1 year old male lab so that's actually something I worry about. Joshua has a rather rigorous employee hiring and training process - he will tell you all about it if you ask. Another great thing about his service is that he has an online portal where you can list all sorts of important details about your dog and set up a payment process. It's fair - you pay him on Sundays after the work has been completed (if you pay with a credit card). He wants to make sure he knows what vet you go to and that he has all of those details. He also has a walk GPS tracker system. He scans a QR code before and after the walk -  and you can see where and when the walk took place through an app. All in all, this is a legitimate business. I love my dog so much that it actually hurts sometimes... and Joshua passed my test. More...
