Our signature dish is definitely brisket. It is our most popular dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure that we can develop a menu that fits their vision and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook and am doing what I love the most with this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I previously worked an industry that would experience frequent lay-offs and wanted to have a back-up plan which turned into a full time career.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our food quality is outstanding. We will probably not be the cheapest BBQ you can find, but we take pride in fresh and quality food products. We don't cut corners and we make every menu item from scratch.
