Our creative process is determining what course of marketing or creative will yield the highest ROI return for that specific client,, then assigning individual development teams to specific projects and we always have a graphic designer as the team lead supervising the programmers and developers. We do this because programmers and developers have a fantastic eye for development in a 'programmer's mind', i.e. They struggle when developing customer interfaces and CMS systems to manage that are not too technical or difficult for the clients, and usually require skilled specialized support staff at considerable expense to manage. Focusing on the front end user experience first and foremost in our development, we are able to create award-winning technology that is both powerful & simple to use.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We provide a full scope of work in a contract from that is countersigned by the client before work commences. Our Scope of Work documents are extremely detailed and specific, leaving no room for dreaded 'scope creep', miscommunications, or expectation issues. In over 20 years, we have never missed a quoted deadline on ANY project.
