Jaime gets results, and that is what matters. He has his own 2 dogs that are perfect examples of what social dogs can and should be. Do yourself a favor and make your relationship with your pet better by having him help you make the owner/pet bond stronger More...

Super happy with Jamie and Unleashed Omaha!! Thanks for your professionalism, great care with Maggie and flexibility. We are glad to see and know our puppy, Maggie, is getting the time and attention needed while we are out of town. Thanks!

Jaime is a fantastic dog walker and trainer! Our dog was pulling on the leash, stressed in the downtown environment, and afraid of strangers. I never enjoyed walking my dog because he was too powerful for me to control. After working with Jaime, he walks like a gentleman on the leash, listens to commands, and is a happy city dog! We are beyond happy with Jaime's work! More...

Such a helpful experience just from one conversation! It says a lot about a person when they will spend an hour on the phone with you about your dogs before any appointment is booked or money is exchanged. We hope to work with Jamie at Unleashed Omaha in the near future on training our dogs in person because even his advice over the phone has been helpful! More...

We had a great experience with Unleashed Omaha. Before the training program, our Shibu Inu puppy Kora was stubborn, hyper, didn't like to be touched, and basically ignored us. After the first week she began paying attention and her personality immediately changed for the better. Not only does she listen to commands now, but she is a much calmer and happier puppy. She also likes to be petted and snuggled! Everywhere we go both strangers and friends comment on how well-behaved she is, especially for such a young puppy. We would, and have recommended Unleashed Omaha to our family and friends. Thanks for everything! More...

I adopted a 2-3 year old black lab/german shorthair from a local rescue organization. Cooper has had multiple homes, he is energetic and very smart. I was getting overwhelmed but I was determined to give him a good home. As Cooper got settled in his new home, I did some research and read an article about Unleashed Omaha. When I saw photos of Jaime's dogs, I knew he could help me. He was understanding of the circumstances, yet structured and forthright. Cooper had no idea how to walk on a leash, life was way better as soon as I was able to start walking him! He will stay in "place" for hours, and he doesn't try to run out the front door anymore. Cooper loves to learn, he just needed a chance! More...

The expertly trained Unleashed Omaha City Dog “Harry” comes to Florida for an extended visit.
Harry has been trained and walked for over a year with Jamie of Unleashed Omaha with proven results; however, what Harry had learned from Jamie was defiantly put to the test in FL. Harry the Dobie joined his grandparents for a 5 week romp in the Florida sun and sand BUT little did he know he would be walking each morning down Meigs Drive, with his grandparents.
After we finally figured out how to properly fit the pinch collar, and recalled some basic commands his parents related to me for control during the walk, off we went. First half of our first walk was not the best experience; however each time I stopped (not out of frustration but trying to figure out what I was doing wrong) I noticed how he literally jumped back to the heel position. Clue #1, for the second half of the first walk, needleless to stay we stopped a lot. Clue#2, passing unruly dogs, I stopped; he sat then put himself into the down position. Ok, I thought I think I can master this without calling Jamie for guidance during the first week of walking! As the walks progressed and I corrected him for not paying attention to me, with gentle guidance with the leash, again, I finally figured out that the pinch collar was slipping down/or he cleverly shook it down, Clue #3. So I fixed that and BINGO I had a perfect dog that taught his grandparents exactly what Jamie had taught him on walks. Also, Harry has a place to hold when we have someone at the door, and will not move until I release him. Thank you Jamie for the opportunity to take Harry for walks in the morning, afternoon romps in the bay, all the while, returning when called, staying to hold, romping when told to break, and teaching this old lady new dog tricks. Job well done, Jamie. I am sure Harry will be happy to see you tomorrow! Anna and Michael Dalton of Destin FL

Today outside my work I was lucky enough to get to speak to Jaime about behavioral issues with my dog and I can't thank you enough for not just taking the time to give your advice, but sharing so much with me and your passion about training and correcting. You really made my day. Can't wait to start retraining myself and Hudson :) More...

Jaime....there will always be Pure Positive advocates who try to destroy the good work of qualified Balanced Training professionals. Personally I've volunteered with enough shelters and rescues to see the price animals pay when their guardians aren't open to all training tools available and experienced themselves with canine behavior. I've been to enough Balanced Training classes to have met MANY dog owners who are there because they have been let down or turned away by Pure Positive trainers. I've seen the Balanced Trainers I know work pro bono with reactive shelter dogs that PP trainers would not. I firmly believe Balanced Training saves lives and improves human - canine relationships. Stay strong and do what's right... Don't let the haters get you down. Know that you've saved more dogs than they ever will. More...
