Hands down probably the best place to train!!!!!! awesome atmosphere, completely encouraging ,zero negativity and 0 judgement Jeremy is the man!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great time training with Jeremy very knowledgable in Muay Thai as well as Jiu Jitsu. Been out of MMA for awhile I think he may have got me back in it. Defiantly check this gym out!

Jeremy was a great instructor. I came in for my first time and he showed me applicable techniques that we immediately used while sparring. It was the perfect combination of teaching, then applying what I learned. I had a lot of wrestling experience coming in, and I left having learned great Jiu-Jitsu techniques and had a great workout! Definitely helped me before going to bootcamp. A lot of the training can be used by anyone and at any level of martial arts. When I trained more out in California I felt I was already ahead of some of the people who had been doing martial arts for much longer than I had. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. More...

The instructors were really enthusiastic, and were able to offer feedback immediately. We did helpful drills, then the sparring and rolling in real time brought it all together really well.

Julie worked with me for six months and helped me reach my goal weight--a drop of 15 pounds! In my program, she provided nutritional counseling and provided a binder that I could take home, which was incredibly beneficial. I still have the list of healthy foods that I should be eating tacked onto my refrigerator, and it serves as a great reminder several months later. Julie also incorporated workouts into my program. We met once a month and my sessions were tailored to my needs and goals. After 6 months, I walked away 15 pounds leaner and more confident than I'd felt in years.
