The session begins with guided meditation to make sure you are feeling save, supported and completely relaxed. You may still be aware of the surroundings or you may follow a sleep which is very common and simply means that you are ready to let go of what holding you back.

During your session the practitioner focuses on each chakra and sends out sound vibration through they voice channelling specific informations that are beneficial for the receiver. While you may not understand the spoken words your subtle body recognise and support the dimensional frequencies on a profound level. Light Language is a powerful sacred gift that gives purposeful expression of unconditional love. Each session is truly unique and corresponds to once needs. As the sounds takes you on a beautiful journey through chakras you may receive visions, messages or feel physical sensations in the body. Stay open minded and leave expectations out the door. The session begins with a friendly chat where you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and concerns with the practitioner. After which we will begin the session with sound healing in order to dedicate the space for your highest healing and to cleanse the energy around.

Following the body scan using all Paulina's abilities and senses the energy is channeled through the palms of hands during which she will be able to determinate blockages in the body, release negative implants, negative hooks ,contracts and more.

Many experience blockages of energy that do not allow a deep enough connection to their higher self during meditation, dreamtime, and their spiritual development. During the session and with the higher selves permission, negative energies that are not needed are removed.

RAAH healing can be performed on clients all ages, all animals, the land, homes. Examples, our own children whom received immunisation shots, our spouses who are not or are partially awakened, our animals who have illnesses, those in Hospice to aid their transition...

At the end of session you will share what you felt during the healing and your practitioner will communicate what has been healed and released and give you further tips on how to maintain your energy in the best way possible.

You will then be taken through guided meditation to ensure that you reach a state of consciousness that will keep you safe and relaxed throughout your session. You may stay fully aware of the surroundings while in relaxation or you may follow a sleep Do not worry if that happens ,this is very common and it simply means that you are ready to let go of whatever is holding you back. Your ego mind will not be involved and that allows for a powerful healing to take place. As the transmission begins, your practitioner will channel sound vibrations that are for the highest and best healing available for you at this time. While you may not understand the light language ,your subtle body will be able to recognise and receive the healing and support. You maybe asked question during your session in order to localise certain blockages that you are sensing in your body.

This process will take about an hour after which you will be encourage to share your experience and get guidance for your further growth. Remember to keep open mind. After your session it is recommended to drink platy of water as the healing will be integrating into your being for the next few days.
