Excellent customer service, very professional team starting with the ladies at the front all the way to the gentleman that set up the tents and deliver items. The owner is a very humble, family man and it's clear to see it is a very pleasant working environment by the way he treats his employees. He has a great team front and back and although some places may have items a bit inexpensive to rent, the convenience and professionalism you receive with United makes the possible little savings you receive elsewhere irrelevant! We have been renting from United Party Rental (formerly Taylor Rental) for years when they used to be located in Andover at Shawsheen. We have never had any issues with anything we have rented from them: tables, chairs, ramp, audio-visual equipment, grill, etc. The staff is very helpful in loading and unloading equipment into your vehicle, if needed, and items are always available when promised. This past weekend I got married and cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone was. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all PATIENT! The weather didn't quite cooperate, the forecast called for some unexpected rain. I called the day before and talked to Mike and Jay who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed & wanted for my special day. They not only set up a tent (which I had NOT previously ordered), but also made sure everything else was in order. Nami was also VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond! When it came time to take the tent down, the winds were howling off Canobie lake, and it rained so much that one of our docks was under water. Chuck and (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) were wrestling with the tent, but managed to take care of everything with absolutely no issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend United Party Rental, but not only for "Big" Events, also for birthday parties, cookouts, etc. They'll do as much or as little as you need for an AMAZING cost effective price! We have used United for a few years now. I think they're great. We usually rent some large tents and a grill for an annual company BBQ. Prices are reasonable and the delivery guys are super nice. I just had 2 large tents and a grill delivered today (I had to leave before they set up) and the delivery guys set it all up and even texted me a picture to confirm everything was where I wanted it.
