Hi, I am John and I am a Therapeutic Life Coach.

After retiring from the Fire Service, I felt drawn to life coaching.
It seemed that having spent thirty years being there for people on what was often the worst days of their lives, that If I could apply the same principles to helping people achieve meaningful change in their lives then that would be incredible and very rewarding.

My philosophy is to create a safe space where you can talk about whatever it is that is on your mind today. I help people with a range of issues such as: worrying too much, anxiety, self-esteem, forming positive habits, achieving meaningful change in your life, anger & rage, relationships and managing unresolved trauma.

I am experienced and qualified in multiple therapeutic approaches, all of which we can call upon to help you achieve the change you desire or to manage your current issue. these include:

QEC: Quantum Energy Coaching, a therapeutic approach grounded in science which is used to help you change unhelpful beliefs at the sub-conscious level. This new and ground breaking therapy helps change your beliefs forever,

Gestalt Dialogue: I adopt the gestalt approach to exploring your issues. This approach is all about being present with you in the moment, listening and forming a deep understanding of what is happening with you and what it is you want to achieve.

EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping, is a fantastic technique which helps you discharge your emotional connection to the issues that are troubling you. It can be used for pain management, fear, phobias, shame, anxiety and much more. EFT is also a great technique for taking away and using in your daily life.

Hypnotherapy: I am qualified as an Analytical Hypnotherapist with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register). Hypnotherapy helps people on so many levels from weight loss, to self esteem, conquering phobias and changing habits.

Goal Setting: a traditional approach to life coaching to help you achieve focus and make progress.
