I really wish you opened before 9! :( will the opening times ever change to 8am on weekdays? I’m unable to come after 9, a ladies gym is perfect for me if the opening time was a little earlier!

Brilliant place, lovely staff who are all very professional and helpful. Lovely crèche area, have always been brilliant with my boy and he loves Laura (creche worker) so much! He really enjoys being there. Katy (owner/ instructor)is fab, professional and a brilliant down to earth and friendly women who is always there to help achieve your fitness goals, really pushes and motivates you to work hard! She has a great sense of humour and her classes are always fun. I don't think I could have got so far without her encouragement and advice.This gym is a great place , I spend most of my free time there , it's almost like my second home! Plus it has a spa and beauty area all under one roof.... what more could a girl want?!! More...

What a fantastic place to train. The instructors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. All staff are highly motivated and friendly which is great vibe to be around.
Equipment is well maintained and class programme is varied. The gym is focused on individuals achieving their goals and supporting everyone's fitness objectives.
Atmosphere is great in the gym and there is a brilliant social scene. No excuses when there is a crèche and family classes running.
Great achievement Katy- dedication and hard work pays off.
