Well I will be very honest and straight forward. I do not have a Signature dish but everything I touch I give it my all.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Usually I sit down with the client and get to know firstly what Theme the event is all about then we take it from there

What I love mostly about my Job its determined to acquit myself well even when the Chips are down. It all begins with Passionand give it All a 100%
