Unique Balance offers Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Nutritional Therapy, which are 3 stand-alone therapies or can be combined as a package. All of the services are based on my belief that there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to wellbeing. There are some key principles that help create balance within, how these principles are applied, can and should be varied to make them achievable for everyone.

Once we begin our journey towards balance, we become much more in tune with our own specific needs. My role is to help you identify your goals and uncover what works best for you; I am there as a guide providing information, support and motivation, working with you to ensure you reach those goals.

I am a fully insured member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists, the Independent Yoga Teachers Alliance and the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners.
