What can be said of this absolute oasis! I have tried yoga a few times but it never really took hold of me until I was introduced to Union Yoga here in Margate. I have been coming to classes for a couple of months now & I am totally hooked. The studio is incredibly relaxing, beautifully appointed & the teachers are just wonderful. Every ability is welcomed, instruction is patient, I was welcomed with such warmth & feel so very much part of the experience. I can not recommend this studio more, it is perfect for wellness, wellbeing & mindfulness, love it!!! More...

Amie has created such a beautifully calming space at Union that allows you to forget the world and just focus on you for a while. We are truly blessed to have Union in Margate which offers such an amazing group of teachers and classes at a level that suits all abilities. It has allowed me to grow and develop my practice and I feel more confident in my Yoga ability each time I practice at Union. Beautiful and calming yoga studio. My husband bought me a 2 hour one on one session for my birthday with Amie as my teacher. The teachers are kind and encouraging, and genuinely care about their students, and there's such a variety of classes it's easy to find one that's right for me on that day. A really wonderful studio owned by Amie who is a lovely teacher. I have been to many classes here with different teachers, all passionate about what they do and have always felt extremely supported by each of them. The space itself is beautiful and a lovely welcoming community of people has been built there. Union is a beautiful, soothing space in the heart of Margate, with a variety of classes by experienced and knowledgable teachers. Whether you are after gentle stretching session, a challenging strength class or an interesting workshop, Amie has left no stone unturned in ensuring Union's timetable is rich and varied. The membership is real value for money considering the many choices that are available. The teachers are fantastic, all with slightly different styles but all equally generous and friendly. Union yoga founded by the talented Amie Evans is a must for anyone wishing to begin their yoga journey or challenge their practice. It is a beautifully designed studio in old town Margate and I can recommend all the teachers working here in particular Amie herself Luis Crawford and Louise Dooley They also offer excellent Pilates classes although I only use the yoga and regularly run excellent workshops. Only about 8 spaces available in a class so it's a really good idea to book in advance . Yoga mats are natural latex and cleaned after every use! At time of writing there's no non-latex option so you'll have to bring your own if that's an issue for you. Should drop a star for this but like it so much it's still getting five. More...
