The best, sweetest and most dedicated group of people you can find in Santa Fe. Between the chains and concrete globes and general quota of rippling muscles, I was initially intimidated by the gladiator/dungeon atmosphere, but I wound up having a blast. The workouts were great, and the the coaches meet you where you are, taking time to teach proper form to beginners like me and accommodate different strengths and capacities. I enjoyed every coach I had--Heather, Dario, Will, Lorenzo and Ruben each brought their own zest, knowledge and humor to the room. The members create a fantastic, supportive community. Lorenzo, Dominick, Luis and Jen have each taught a ufit class that I was in. Each was different and each was fantastic. Take advantage of this gym's early deals to get to know it and make a decision after that. I think you'll be pleased.

Did a drop in on a Monday morning class. The box was small but clean and had all the equipment. There was plenty of space for the entire class. The people there were very friendly all stopped to introduce themselves and say hello. Lorenzo was the coach and he was really good. He kept the class fun and motivated. He also really knew his stuff. I picked up some really good tips from him that will help me with my form and endurance on T2B. More...

I dropped in for a Crossfit class. The members & coach were extremely welcoming & made sure I was comfortable being there. Also, because of an issue I had with my Uber ride from my hotel there, I asked if anyone was going downtown after the class because I could use a ride. A few members offered to drive me. That was kind & considerate of them. I was so thankful for the ride that one of the members gave me. The undisputed staff and community is great, so many inspiring people who want to help you achieve your goals and feel your best. The coaches are dedicated and driven themselves and that sets the tone for everyone else to put in that personal work as well. I love that the gym offers so many different classes for ALL levels of fitness. The women's self defense class was very empowering, I highly recommend all women to take this class at least once but it would also be a course that could be revisited every couple years or you could just join the jujitsu classes if you want to go that route. They have Crossfit, ufit, chi gong, stick fighting, seriously so many awesome options to stay fit.  Grab a cup of caveman coffee right next door to enjoy while your there too. I was at Undisputed for about 18 months. I can't say enough wonderful things about the clientele, staff, and workouts! This place truly changed my life (for the better and stronger) and I am so grateful for it. The folks at Undisputed have set the bar so high, I am having trouble finding a new gym (across the country) that meets the same criteria. I spent 1 Year going to learn croosfit. I am a 67 year old woman and I am happier, more fit, stronger, more flexible and have many new friends. I strongly suggest it for older people. My 6yr old was bullied from 3yr old class to 5 yr old class. After being in jiu jitsu. She went from not speaking to using her voice to stop the bullying. She went from feeling weak to knowing how to knowing how to handle a bully. This class has changed her life. She speaks up for others being bullied. She loves the coaches they are great with kids. She started when she was 4yrs old. This has also stopped her nightmares. She was being bullied in her dreams for years. Thank you coach Ruben and coach Luis for changing Ambers life. I checked out Undisputed Fitness a.k.a. Santa Fe Crossfit while in town for vacation. Overall, this is a great spot for a crossfit workout. They care about form and function to prepare you for the workout which is impressive for a crossfit gym. (Usually, most crossfit gyms do a quick overview and demonstration of the exercises and go.) They also work with you on your form to ensure you get safe results with a good push.You can also tell they have a strong following, and they do care about developing a community for the members. If I was looking for a strong crossfit gym membership in Santa Fe, I would make Undisputed my choice. They also have good tunes to push you through the workout. If you're looking for a quick workout that has a little 'swank' in the scene, you'll get it here. The location is in a good area that holds a salon and other cool spots.  Check out the Caveman Coffee Shop next to the gym. There is a little scene that hangs there. I've been taking boxing lessons from instructor Luis Castillo, and I'd highly recommend him and this gym in general!  The instructors I've encountered are consistently positive people who are motivated and friendly to be around, and are clearly challenging themselves to be their very best. Other gym-goers are supportive and welcoming as well. Looking around the gym I always see empowered people whose discipline is reflected in their bodies and attitudes.  Just the kinda people I want to be hanging out with !Adjacent to the gym is Caveman Coffee- last week I had my first Butter Latte and while i don't recommend that you watch them make it (it was the hugest chunk of butter ever) I do recommend you try one. As a crossfit addict, the first thing I do when I travel is search out a local Crossfit box. I've visited close to 30 boxes around the country and Santa Fe Crossfit ranks near the top of the list. The coaches, programming, and members are all awesome! The facility is clean and well equipped. Everyone introduced themselves and I was made to feel welcome and at home immediately. Undisputed Fitness is by far the most incredible training facility in Santa Fe! Clean, modern facility with top notch equipment and the best trainers you'll find anywhere. Home of CrossFit Santa Fe and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, Undisputed does it all extremely well. Functional fitness, grappling, kids programs, strong man, etc... You won't find a better place to get in great shape. I'm a long time grappler and own the leading CrossFit gym in Albuquerque and drive an hour to come train when I can. Get in there and get fit!
