Q&As

I love being able to truly listen to people and help guide them in directions that help them live happily and genuinely.

Having worked in mental health centers for the last 10 years, I wanted to begin to contribute individually to a world in which people can easily access mental health resources without fear, stigma, or immense barriers.

If you're looking for someone to sit with you in your struggle and help you find your way out, help you tackle your negative thinking with a healthy (and appropriate) dose of humor and snark, or just have someone dedicated to listen to you without judgment, that's what I'm here for.

Services

One on one counseling session for 50-80 minutes where I listen to what is going on for you and help you gain skills, understand better, and get to where you want to be.

Counseling with you and your partner/children/parents/siblings/etc to help you create the dynamic you want in your home, communicate better, and get out of negative pattern loops where no one is happy

Counseling with you and your partner(s) to help you move beyond major issues, avoid them in the first place, learn to communicate better, and build the life you want.

Counseling to assist you with living as your most genuine and authentic self. This can include exploring what your gender identity means to you, figuring out what it is, exploring the process of transitioning hormonally/physically/socially, and deciding who you truly are.

Counseling to assist you with your loved one's transition to living as their most authentic selves. The process of supporting someone often through their transition includes a lot of grief, confusion, and worry on your part. Let me help you move through that and understand where your loved one is coming from.
