You’ll find that I am 50/50 in practical manual treatment and expectation from the patient I will always explain everything I do.

Hard work is only hard work if you don’t have Consistency in your exercise routine. Nutrition is always a factor in both personal training and in sports therapy with recovery
Calorie expenditure for fat loss looking at what you eat how much of what you eat and weather you are training in the right capacity
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the end results after a patient come in to the clinic, in pain or stiff, can’t function the way they want and we implement a protocol and have an immediate effect they leave happy and smiling.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had personal cercistances that lead me to help others in this field. After rupturing a crucial ligament I seemed help NHS was terrible and that lead me to the path of a manual therapist. I now use my knowledge to help those that can’t get what they need from the NHS
