I started the buggy class when my baby was 8 weeks old and it was a great way to steadily get back into exercising again. Ruth was brilliant and really motivational which was what I needed ! It's also a great way to meet other mums. I'd highly recommend this class :) More...

It was 8 weeks after the birth of my second son that I decided to do something about the extra weight I had gained in pregnancy! So I began eating more healthily and joined Buggy Fit. This has been one of the greatest decisions I've ever made. The exercises progress week on week, and I come away from each class feeling positive and full of energy. I'm now doing both the Wednesday and Friday classes and have lost over 2 stone since I joined. I cannot thank coach Ruth for her support and encouragement in helping me achieve my goal. It's not easy returning to fitness after a baby but I can definitely recommend UltraCore Buggy Fit to help make this experience worthwhile and fun. I've loved every minute. More...

I have been training with Terry for a year now and linked with a nutritional plan that he has organised for me u am seeing incredible results. My sessions with him are planned towards my running goals and also improving strength and endurance. He pushes where required and the sessions are varied, challenging and rewarding. I have never run before... Infact I've never particularly exercised before... However I am on my final week of the beginners run course and have utterly loved it. Coach T is super supportive and encouraging and I've met a great bunch of people (with whom I go on 'homework' runs with). I never would have believed that I'd be able to run for 3minutes, let alone 30mins!!!! Love, love, LOVE IT!! Am gutted the course is coming to an end :(. I can't wait to get booked on the next one. I started Ultracore 3 months ago. I cannot begin to explain how it has changed my life. It started as a way to get fit and lose weight for my wedding but has actually become part of my routine and I cannot imagine not doing it. At the beginning I couldn't imagine being able to manage 8 classes a week but thanks to Ultracore my fitness has improved beyond belief. Everyone at the classes is so supportive and I have made friends for life. All the coaches are amazing particularly Terry who is so supportive and motivating. He even puts up with our moaning. Having a personal trainer was always something I thought very ‘fit' people did and as a 45 year old woman who wants to ensure she keeps as fit as possible, en-route to the big 50 I needed something to help me reach my goals. Coach T demonstrates great care and professionalism in the planning of our sessions, ensuring the exercises are set at the right level for my fitness and it is even obvious to me that I am making progress! Having someone who is as committed to getting me fit as I am, makes the sessions motivating and certainly not a chore. As a busy working mum, the sessions fit into my busy life and I feel much more engergized after the workouts. I get bored easily and have quite a short attention span so having a variety of exercises and locations means that after five months of PT I still feel highly motivated to continue. Coach T is always available for questions and strikes just the right level of ‘pressure’ to ensure I keep pushing to the next level. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UltraCore - give it a go! I have now enjoyed classes for the past two months. The sessions are always well planned, delivered and varied with an element of fun added also.
The coaches are very motivated and motivational and the classes are purposely kept small enough to enable relationships to be developed with coaches, and this enable them to know your fitness levels and needs which inform them to know when to adapt an exercise or challenge you further.
Terry also keeps in touch and will send personal messages of encouragement when needed which I have personally found really motivating and is often the push I need. Having tried a number of local clubs, this is definately a first and great added bonus to membership.
Ive also found the members really friendly and welcoming, and there is an added social, supportive aspect in this too. Ive also recently joined the run club programme which compliments the classes or can be done as a stand alone course.
I thoroughly recommend joining and am looking forward to achieving my fitness goals into the new year!

I have loved Ruthie's buggy fitness classes.
For an 8-week course, it is really reasonably priced.
We are so fortunate to have Ultracore locally so us new mummies are able to work-out and take the baby along.
Ruthie is encouraging and motivational yet supports you when you need to take things at your own pace, she's very understanding when your baby has needs as well. Always on hand to give the buggy a wiggle for you.
I've really enjoyed my course, and had a great group so met some lovely ladies too. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed the buggy fitness course over the last few months. Ruth is fantastic, she’s so encouraging and knows first hand how hard it can be getting back into fitness so is challenging yet realistic. I have done the Buggy Fit classes through Ultracore with coach Ruthie. I have thoroughly enjoyed the 8 week course and really noticed an improvement in my fitness. I recommend the course for any mummas who wish to get back into shape after the birth of their babies. Coach Ruthie ensures that you have recovered fully after your child birth and adapts exercises according to any injuries or weaknesses that you have. Signed up for my 3rd course now of BuggyFit I’ve loved the previous 2. Coach Ruthie is fab taking us through our paces & the sessions are perfect for you to work as hard as you want. Pre-Baby fitness wasn’t all that so post-Baby fitness was zero. At each session I can see progress from the previous. That, and, get to work out with a great set of Mums and babies are entertained at the same time (if they aren’t sleeping - the dream!) More...

Just finished the buggy fitness course. It's an amazing course that really pushes you. It hasn't been easy but it's definitely helps you get back into fitness after having a baby and has helped me one step closer to getting into my wedding dress. I would 100% recommend this course to any mummies! I started my journey with Ultracore 10 months ago. The support from coaches and other members has been amazing. With the support I have lost just over 3 stone and taken part in running races and fun obstacle events which I never dreamt id do let alone finish. I highly recommend Ultracore. Ultra Core is the best training system I've used, and I've tried a few locally. The great variety of classes and times means I can train at times to suit me - around work etc which is great! ! Before Ultracore I hadn't done any exercise for years. I was unfit, sluggish and felt completely out of shape. Since August 2016 I have been attending classes with Ultracore and the results are amazing! I have changed my diet, changed my lifestyle, lost 1 1/2 stone along with losing several centimetres from my thighs, waist and arms. Ultracore fitness have converted me from an exercise class phoeb to an exercise addict. Not only have I changed my mindset but also my body is changing shape too. Since July nearly 2 dress sizes down. Coach Terry and Coach Ruthie and their team are compassionate,and expert in their knowledge they made adaptions for me as I have had a knee replacement. Using an indepth personal consultation we can get to know you and your lifestyle enabling us to best plan your sessions over short term, mid term and with an end goal.

We shall also use fitness assessments to record your current ability that will allow us to monitor progress over a period of time.

A hard question to answer as one answer won't fit all, however there's needs to be the willingness from you are client, dedication and commitment.

We don't have a magic wand and 80% of the effort needs to be from you along with healthy eating that we can guide you with.

Love this question, my passion for my job comes from seeing the changes in people's lifestyle far deeper than a shaped body or the accomplishment of fitting on a smaller pair of jeans, it's the effect that a healthier lifestyle has on energy levels, mood changes and the ability to do so much more.

I've been a firefighter for 9 years and always had the passion to help others in every job role I've had and while working part time as a coach & personal trainer I found my calling and set up UltraCore with my lovely partner Ruth, I officially left the fire service June 2016 to fully commit myself to UltraCore fitness.
