Hired ultimate limo for a quinceañera this last weekend. Got a party bus for 20 people (bus pax 20), Carole helped me with my reservation. Very communicative, friendly and helpful. They arrived on time, 10 minutes before and had no problems at all with their service. Their bus was very nice on the inside, they added water soda and ice for the guest. Got a Limo for my Birthday Brunch. I wanted to make sure everyone had a good time and was escorted safely to and from the restaurant. I got the birthday package so the limo was decorated & came with a bottle of champagne. The driver, Carlos arrived on time and assisted us in & out of the limo. Andy and Co. at Ultimate Limousine are simply the best! If you need a great deal on a Limo Bus for your event, these guys should be your first call. Their drivers are generally on time (damn LA traffic!) and have always been very polite and professional. I have been booking Limo Busses through them almost every month now for the past 5 years (51 total times!) and have only experienced 2 small hiccups during that span of time which were promptly handled quickly and professionally. I needed the party bus for a party of 20 for my best friends bachelorette party in Palm Springs and the service was amazing! Carol and the owner were easy to reach via calls or email. They always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Our bus drivers name was Juan. He ran late and called me and kept me up to date and was very appologetic for being late. He was dressed very professionally. He was kind, respectful, and communicated well throughout our whole trip. I asked if he was able to bring our bottles of champagne from the bus to the restaurant and he was able to deliver not once but twice. The bus was clean, had 2 bottles of champagne, had cups, ice, soda, and it was decorated for event. We loved that this bus was new and it had a bathroom. The lights and sound system was great and easy to link via bluetooth. Upon leaving our main destination, "The Retro Bar", we had a dispute about the bill. Juan came out to show moral support to make sure the bar was not scamming us  which was appreciated. We appreciated all of his support. A few of us ladies were hungry and he stopped at a jack in the box but unfortunately it was closed. But we appreciated that he tried. Overall, we felt that he went above and beyond to accomodate us and he made sure our experience went well which we loved. So 3 weeks ago I was planning to start Senior year of college with some friends with getting a party bus and going to a couple of places in LA to celebrate before starting school. Keep in mind I have never gotten a limo or party bus before so I really did not know how to do anything. We looked up some places and called around but everything seemed waaayyyy too expensive, especially for college students. We called Ultimate Limousine and a lady named Dannette helped me with every single detail needed and sent me everything through email, got me such a great deal, and even called to make sure everything was good and set the night before. Loved the driver, Ty, and everything about that night. We will for sure be contacting them in a month for our next little senior year adventure.
