What a shame used Tim last year good price, didn’t tidy up well and some of his helpers were lazy, but he did a good job of cutting the trees, although didn’t come back to grind one of 5 stumps as promised. We used him again this year, good job of cutting hedge, but again tidying up not brilliant. Also didn’t turn up on day expected with chipper and no notifications received or reply to my text to Emma asking when he was coming. On leaving Tim drove right across our front lawn and ruined some of the grass, we were offered grass seeds (it needed more than that) but declined as we decided to repair ourselves properly. Received no apology from them about the lawn just unprofessional and sarcastic responses from Emma who sends invoices. They ask for payment immediately and in this instance I was not inclined,following their emails, to pay until 4 days later. No doubt they may respond to this comment it’s just to warn people the price is good but you get what you pay, we obviously won’t be using them again More...

I searched the internet for someone to come and remove a few nuisance tree’s from our garden after having spoken to and waiting in for several arborists to provide quotes and the majority failing to arrive i found these guys, really happy i did as from start to finish it was a great service and fantastic price. Bark is bugging me to leave a review, which I wasn't going to do. Very nice to deal with but over stretched and over confident. They were unable to fully remove our hedge. We paid to have the roots removed, never happened and the work date kept on being pushed back. Tim even promised to remove an additional bush to say sorry and that didn't get done. Most of the work was done by their son who was not given all the details by Tim. Two stars because they were pleasant to talk with and cheap. More...

Hi Gary. I hope you are well and sorry to hear that you have cause to leave negative feedback, which has suprised me considerably given that I always ask if customers have any comments or questions after the works have been completed, before they settle the final invoice. There were no comments made and the final bill was settled without dispute? If there were issues then they could have easily been addressed and dealt with at the time, so I am disappointed we were not afforded this opportunity and have simply been left with a 2 star review. As I understand there were issues with a brick structure obstructing the roots making it impossible to remove them fully without causing damage to this structure, or removing it and rebuilding it, and that this had been explained to you? I am also not sure if you are confusing us with another company, as we do not have a son? Or a daughter for that matter. Please, if you would like to speak with me about this then do give me a call on the office number or mobile, as there appears to have been some misunderstanding. Kindest regards Emma Dixon

TAMMY'S DOG TRAINING
My 'bonsai' willow grew to over 30 feet before I knew it. Lovely tree but caused many problems to myself and neighbours - sadly it had to go. I called in these guys and they did a great job, polite and friendly and my dog loved them. Will be calling them back next time they are needed but it wont be to cut down a 30' bonsai - lesson learnt. Thanks all! More...

Very pleased with the work and the safety precautions taken as we had one particularly tall silver birch overhanging 3 of our neighbours' back gardens, especially - as one had a green house right under the branches and their bungalow within tree falling distance. UKSAS are an fantastic company to deal with. We had two overgrown trees that needed cutting back and reshaping. The work was handled very professionally and the communication was excellent - we believe the pricing was also good. Tim and Tom worked very hard and all the cut branches were carefully removed leaving our garden and pathways nice and tidy! Tim did an excellent job of trimming the dead wood from a huge sycamore tree and felling a smaller one that was leaning over near the road. He was punctual, polite, friendly and did a professional job at a good price. He even came back on Saturday to finish off.
