The communication so far has been great

Obviously the process of getting acceptance for residency takes time and requires a lot of information to get to the point where the application is submitted and approved. I started the process via internet and being contacted by Zaheer who contacted me on few occasion and made me feel comfortable to continue I did carry out a few background checks which were fine. Zaheer was very good and passed me on to Tasnim who carried out the process to it being implimented At first the process of questionnaire was a bit Scarry as I am retired and bit rusty on computer but thanks to my daughter and Tasnim patience and assistance we were able to complete all the requirement Tamsin I found to be very helpfully and quick to respond and amazingly did most of it via internet (big learning curve for me) and we only spoke on phone when payment was required where she was again very helpful The set up for theTB EXRAY and the biometric tests in Cebu also went well thanks to Yasmin organising them We now wait for return of passport etc after receiving the email Thank you and Tamsin for all the help there are a few small detail I may need your comformation but will wait until get documents back which you will notify me Finally I know my decision to use your services was the correct one and thank Tamsin and Zaheer very much Roy & Mae Tombs More...
