Rob came around to our house to look at the parlous state of our lounge carpet and he didn't bat an eyelid. What hid did was to explain to us how stains bind to carpet fibre and he demonstrated what he could do on a small area of the carpet. We were amazed and UK Carpet Care were contracted to clean all the carpets in our house. This was last year but we had no doubt about who we would use when we needed to get our elderly aunt's carpets done.
