UFC gym at Kailua has friendly staff, clean facilities and their weights are always where they need to be. Having access to Self-myofascial release instruments like foam rollers and massagers is a great benefit. They also have hydro beds which are amazing after a tough workout. I haven’t used their personal training but from what I’ve observed, they are on point and know what they are doing. Overall, I would recommend this gym. More...

Finally made my way out to check out the newest UFC location. Being a townie it was somewhat of a trek but man was it worth it! The setup here ought to be the model for new gyms. I’ve long given up the barbell and dumbbell programming so I can’t say much besides the weight floor does have it all! I am a kettlebell enthusiast however. First, I must rave about the turf. Nice and plush. Probably an extra layer of something to dampen the sound being that there is a restaurant downstairs. Oh the bells! Kettlebells from 4-40 and the lower ones go in increments of 2’s. Nice touch! Locker rooms are outstanding! Tons of lockers and showers. Super clean too! And the staff. They’re over the top awesome...very friendly and welcoming. They are surely what makes this gym unique! East siders...you have a gem of a facility! More...

Very nice, single story gym. They've got a turf, small mat area, and kids workout areas, but no octagon like other gyms. This gym is smallish, but feels spacious with big windows and a very open anesthetic. I liked the sound system too - it's got punchy bass and great clarity.As for equipment, expect 2 flat and one incline bench, along with several benches for dumbbell training. Only two platforms, and two Smith machines, but they don't have a lot more space to work with. All the basic machines are present as well, including tons of bicycles, treadmills, and stairmasters for cardio.Last but not least, facilities are beautiful and upscale-feeling. So I don’t know where to begin. This gym changed my life. When I started here 3 months ago I was just like everyone else. Eager to be more . I wanted physical fitness at its finest. It all started with one Muay-thai class. When I arrived I was 5 mins late to Kevin Grace’s class. When I stepped in the mat room he made me do 50 push-ups. Instant respect. Being ex military I respected Coach’s punishment for my improper time management. I wasn’t late again. From that day my life changed. I went to coaches class usually 3 times a week. I was pushed further than I’ve been pushed I was taught basic fundamentals in a sense that beginners can feel comfortable with. After about 3 months of training I decided to look into more Muay Thai worldwide. I booked a month long training camp in Pai, Thailand. When I told coach my plans instantly he approved my camp and said it was outstanding. He told me if I give them what I give him everyday in class then I would have no problem. So here I am. In Bangkok. Swinging in a hammock writing this long review. Awaiting Muay Thai camp in actual Thailand. I owe it all to UFC Gym of Kailua. Coach Kevin’s Muay-Thai class changed my life. There is no other way to put it. Every coach I’ve worked with rather it was Mike and his nutrition education or Coach Guys boxing conditioning has been phenomenal. But I have to give Coach Kevin Grace all praise for the motivation he gave me to do more. Thank you Ufc Gym of Kailua and Ms Janice as well for always being there to help along the way. I've heard some negative things about the UFC gym brand in general, but I must say that I am so impressed so far with this gym. It can get crowded on weekday evenings, but I've never felt it was overbearable. Probably because it's so new, but the gym equipment and locker room are in top shape, and to me, all of the staff have been so friendly and helpful. I love the classes, some of their DUT coaches are fantastic, and the boxing conditioning classes are great too. I hope this gym keeps up its standards, because right now, I love it. More...

I absolutely love this place!! So much for everyone at all fitness levels!! The gym area is Massive and even on busy days you’re not crowded and don’t wait long (if at all) for equipment! ! The Classes are phenomenal with Awesome Instructors!! My personal Favs are the Circuit Breaker Class & Boxing Conditioning Class? I’m also a heavy lifter (for a Girl?) and love the Platform area!! ️♀️ Childcare is on point and I have 4 kids Ages 9, 8, 6, 3. The 3 year old goes everyday with me and is known -by name- just walking through the door by all the ladies!! Great location! My favorite feature is the kids club, they will watch as early as 6mths! And the kids club hours run basically the whole time the gyms open. Parking will be rough on Thursday nights due to the kailua farmers market so go earlier to see if you have to park further away. Wish they ran early morning (before 9a ) classes on the weekends so I could sneak in before weekend festivities More...

I'm IN! As an age-division competitive athlete, I've worked out at 24 hour, the Ys, Cross Fit, ATF and other smaller facilities and studios in the Windward area. They all have their pros and cons. What I want you to know is that UFC gyms are amazing for all types of athletes, from families with children to people looking for weight loss, classes and great trainers, to hard core MMA athletes etc. UFC-Honolulu is an amazing facility, and based on the UFC Kailua team members I met yesterday this gym is raising the bar on gym membership in Kailua!
