Absolutely AMAZING gym. The coaches are tough, but make the workout fun. The classes are definitely not boring, or easy. Lots of cardio AND strength training. Very good my three children and I have 2 years training here we like it because it is different and relaxing. My son has attended UFC Gym Murfreesboro for just over a year. They took on the challenge of a my 5 year old with zero hesitation, they were actually pretty excited about it. The environment here has very positive energy. With the classes, working out actually seems fun and encouraging. Take your training to the next level! I never knew I wanted to be a fighter until I took my first class through a groupon promo back in March. I can't get enough of this place. I learn new things every time I go. Don't be intimidated! I'll admit it may seem intimidating but there are all levels in this place. From people just wanting to mix up their workouts, people just starting their fitness journey, and all the way to competitive fighters. This is the best gym I have ever gone to! I had a problem with committing to working out, but I have been going here for a year and I have never looked back. All of the trainers are wonderful and so willing to help you. It truly isn't like any other gym, it is like a family. We are there for one another, we help one another, and we cheer for one another. This is the first time I've ever been committed to a gym! I'm still a paying member of 2 other gyms I never go to...1 is the $10 a month deal and I've only been there a handful of times in 3 years. I've already been to UFC 3xs a week every week the past 4-5 months. It's just that awesome. Each coach pushes and motivates you and makes you reach new levels each and every class. I'm never bored, everyone is friendly and motivating, and I am always glad I came---though it's sometimes hard to remember that during the workout! The classes are tough, but so worth it. You'll love the challenge and it's worth every single penny. The coaches are like having your own personal trainer...you don't get lost in the crowd and each one is knowledgeable and approachable.
