Michael Polich and his staff has helped my husband Brent out so much. They've been accommodating and like that they have counselors to support the clients mentally and emotionally. Thanks!

I love this clinic and the staff. They go out of their way to help you if they can and I have been in a situation where they have been able to help me out. I have been going to the clinic for 4yrs and I love this clinic better than the other one. I would like to thank all of you who has been there for me. I am a better person because I am not using anymore. Only if prescribed to me. More...

I've been 5years and I dont like the way the Government runs it all!!! To be honest, when it was privately owed all of us that I know were happier and it was more of a Family like atmosphere, instead of now where we are all just a number, more rules, and less decent counselors. Anything the Government runs,or gives Federal money too turns places into institutions that are about as friendly and inviting as a haunted house at midnight in the hood! Its true! It was so different 4 years ago. Like I said,it was a nurturing family like place that u could go and get help that u need, and they worked w u and helped u reach ur goals, offer support by listening, and now if someone has a bad day and goes off they get thrown out or they aren't allowed to dose that day. Now you tell me how that would help a person And it happens a lot. I understand we hav to follow their rules, and stick to our sobriety plan, but everyone has bad days,EVERYONE and its really sucks when patients are expected to act better and behave to get their medicine when some of the staff, act worse and use their authority too make matters worse instead of better its de-humanizing More...

I am seen for mental health and medical care. I am very pleased with them and also take my daughter. I am don't give good reviews often especially for medical/mental health care because most of the time I have gotten mistreated. Here at UCS I have gotten as much respect as I give them. I have zero tolerance for anyone who doesn't listen to me or doesn't care and I must say these people do there best. Thank you all! More...
