We had a serious mold problem which arose at a time we were having other issues, and working with these guys was a godsend. Absolutely professional-- they know their stuff. They worked with us on pricing-- were very fair, more than fair-- but more importantly they were patient and considerate in dealing with us at a very stressful time. Marvelous communicators-- took time to explain everything-- and were flexible and accurate in arranging everything with us. Very respectful to us and to our home. Their work was efficient and comprehensive.I would recommend this group to anyone. The principals (shout out to Aaron) took a direct interest in making sure their personnel took care of everything to a t. Kevin, Rick and Andy helped with every step of our process, from walking us through what to watch for and be aware of the day we took on water and the days following, all the way through to what the insurance inspector would be expecting from us when he came for his inspection. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and easy to engage in conversation. He kept us well informed throughout the entire process; reducing any anxiety or frustration. Aaron worked directly with our insurance company to process the claim . The reconstruction process was uneventful and well done. U.S. Cleaning and Restoration did a terrific job for us after a pipe broke, flooding my weaving studio. They analyzed the problem and told me what needed to be done. They worked with my insurance company every step of the way, so I didn’t have to worry about estimates and payments. They sent in an energetic team of workers to mitigate the damage, always smiling and making soothing comments. Believe me, I needed soothing. I couldn't recommend them enough. Truly nice guys, and some of the best customer service I've received. I spoke with Aaron after noticing that our second floor bathroom had sprung a leak that was causing a nasty problem for the downstairs ceiling. He explained to me over the phone that they would come out inspect the problem and offered solutions for the reconstruction. Once the water leak was identified they immediately got to work. I didn't even consider that mold could grow, but they used some sort of dehumidifier to ensure there would be no growth and did a wonderful job patching it up and repainting it. Sump failed causing water to saturate our basement carpet. After getting it dried and dehumidified by another company, we used U. S. Cleaning & Restoration to clean and deodorize the carpet. Picked them based on solid Homeadvisor reviews and fair pricing (that was pre-negotiated). They were punctual and did a pretty through job cleaning the carpet. U.S. Cleaning & Restoration recently came to my home after my basement completely flooded. I run a daycare in my basement and so this was devastating to say the least. All the carpet had to be removed and the walls 2 ft. Up for the whole entire basementb had to be cut out as well. The crew came out immediately and got right to work. They knew that I needed to get my basement functional asap and they went above and beyond to make sure that this happened. The crew members even stayed late and came back often in the following days to check in on the progress of the fans and making sure everything was being dried out properly. My friend's summer house caught on fire and she had an extensive damage in several spots in her home. Her clothing stunk like smoke so bad that she thought about throwing everything out. I found this U.S. Cleaning & Restoration company online by accident and decided to give them a call. Everyone was surprised about what a miracle these guys pulled off!
