We hired Greta of Tyson Designs for a kitchen remodel and it turned out awesome. Our house is over 70 years old and our kitchen was in need of a major renovation. Greta came up with creative solutions to maximize the space in our small kitchen. The material choices (countertop, cabinets, flooring, lightning, etc) matched exactly the look we were going for.Greta also provided recommendations for contractors to execute the design, one who we ended up working with.Throughout the process she was easy to get a hold of for any quick questions or concerns we had. A few small hiccups (not design related) came up along the way and Greta was helpful about making sure they were quickly worked out to minimize downtime.We would recommend her services to anyone! We have been working with Greta now for the past 5 years. She has designed our home from the ground up. She has assisted with every detail from architectural design to room staging. She has a keen eye for style combined with function and designs around the client's likes and needs all within a proposed budget. She has found beautiful pieces we have splurged on and bargain items that you would think came from a high end store. Greta did a small, but tough, project for our office. Also, I have extremely high standards and expectations. There were several issues which arose during the project which were not within Greta’s control. However, Greta kept the project moving forward to a successful completion. The 5 stars was for her integrity and dedication to the goal- as well as achieving the goal. Any designer can look good when everything goes right. We have been working with Greta on a design for our kitchen remodel. We are still in process but more than once my husband and I are reminded that money spent on having Greta design this project for us was so worth it. We had some ideas of what we wanted and she was able to take those and create something we are so excited about! More than that we know we never would have come up with these ideas on our own.
