What do you love most about your job?
The variety of work that includes financial planners, sailing associations, lettings agents, resurfacing and line marking businesses, HR and window blind companies, exhibition and conference specialists, golf products, book publishers, butchers, podiatrists, marketing agencies, media companies, doctors and psychologists.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as a secretary since leaving college for a steel stockholder, then a textile manufacture and finally an accountant. I have never thought secretaries were treated or paid what they were worth, so I started my own business to prove just how valuable the right secretary can be and 30 years on with some customers that have been with me since the beginning I think I have succeeded.

Multiple digital files can be uploaded to our webpage. We liaise with our clients via Zoom, WhatsApp etc. We use our client's online programmes, including XTuple for quotes, Google Calendars for booking site visits/jobs, Domus Estates & Lettings for booking viewings, Cliniko for appointments. Our clients can also remotely access their telephone answering records and digital transcriptions if required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We rarely meet our customers so COVID-19 was and still isnt an issue.
