I went to get my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced here, absolutely brilliant service they couldn't have done more for me. My screen was replaced within half an hour and they even replaced missing screws which previous repair places had failed to put back. I spilt coffee on my MacBook on Sunday morning when I was working on my dissertation. The laptop shut down and would not start again. I thought I had lost all my work. Apple would not touch it and quoted over £900 to repair, Was recommended to Tyne Tech Repairs which was open on Sunday and they assured me they could repair my MacBook. I do not normally leave reviews but I felt the service i recieved was so good that I had to. I went in today with a severly damaged screen and broken back on my Samsung S7 Edge. The staff who served me was nothing short of amazing. By the time he had finished with it, which was within an hour, it looked better than when I first got it. The customer service skills were second to none. My phone wasn't even wiped which carphone warehouse insisted that they would have to do. Would definitely recommend this shop for phone repairs. Excellent service and reasonable prices. My daughter dropped her phone and it was fixed, good as new. There after sales service is also outstanding. Since the repair she has had two minor problem, not the fault of the shop. She messaged them on their Facebook page and they checked the phone out on both occasions, fixing the problem free of charge. More...

Tyne Tech is the best place for whatever mobile/device repair it is you’re are concerned about. I got there worried about the charge Apple had quoted for fixing my damaged screen, but they calmed me down and reassured me of helping out. They also told me possible issues that may arise in the event of the fix as the screen was damaged close to the earpiece and front cam. They repaired the screen and I eventually had those issues, but the way they still reassured and helped me every step of the way was amazing. They took responsibility for everything and now my phone all fixed and seems as new, with a strong screen protector. They’re really trustworthy!! I actually left my device in for days without worrying about my phone being messed with. In short, they do what they do well and they do it with passion. Amazing service!! My son's iPhone 6 had been dropped in the bath for 5 minutes and was completely dead but the incredible staff got it going again for a really good price and even provided a warranty. Fantastic service at TYNE TECH repairs. Buy with confidence. Bought a Glass Pro screen protector at a very competitive price and got detailed instructions of how to put it on. As a 74 year old woman with arthritic hands , the help was amazing, given that the shop was quite busy at the time. As a result a perfect job was achieved.
