We hired Tydan this spring to install a wooden privacy fence and interlocking stone patio. We're very happy with the services provided, everything turned out amazing! I believe the progress is shown on their Facebook page..They dealt with us personally through the quote process and helped to create a plan that worked best with our budget. They are very detail oriented, covering all aspects of the design and build from start to finish. The staff is very helpful and professional! The crew on site were very hard-working and efficient, always taking the time to answer questions or address any issues we may have had. The quality of Tydan's finished product is worth every dollar and in my opinion, will last much longer than other similar providers.They have all the right tools and the know-how to get the job done to the highest of expectations. Some examples of quality include making sure we had a proper foundation backfill to hold the weight of a large patio.. Also, they had to put our fence boards up twice after realizing that one of the batches wasn't treated/stained appropriately by their distributor.I look forward to hiring Tydan again in the future and I fully recommend their services to anyone looking at this scope of work. Tydan did a nice job for our new deck and patio. I thought it was a simple 2-3 day job, but Tydan was so meticulous with their work and spent nearly two weeks on the job. The end product was stunning - I probably had the most beautiful deck- with Ipe wood- and patio in the neighborhood! It's a bit pricy I'd have to admit, but you pay for what you get, don't you? I had been looking to have some work done in the back yard of my new house and found TYDAN at the home and garden show in London. After meeting with Paul at the house and seeing the amazing and detailed design plans from Vince I decided to go forward with the project. The team was incredibly hard working, polite and left the site tidy and organized at the end of each day. Paul let us know of several unexpected "surprises" found during demolition and kept us up to date on budget as the project moved along.
After a quick demolition and repair of the "surprises", a beautifully designed privacy fence, deck and stone patio were installed. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was obvious throughout the project.
I have received numerous compliments on the yard and would absolutely recommend TYDAN landscape design. I will be contacting them again to discuss projects in the future. More...

The services provided were excellent and they were easy to work with and accommodating. The planning work that was done for us was excellent and the designer was very easy to work with. For the most part the outcome was exactly as planned and expected. The project did take much longer than we were told it would, given that there were very few unforeseen circumstances, but we were prepared for that. Tydan designed and built an urban garden for John Paul II C.S.S. The garden has won many awards for both the school and for Tydan. Tydan took the lead in the project and partnered with many other agencies to see the project through to completion. They were integral in assisting the manufacturing students and construction students of John Paul II to build both the water feature and the raised garden beds. The whole Tydan team was supportive throughout the build and afterwards during our early stages of operating the garden. The garden included a rainwater harvesting system complete with instructional banner to explain how the system works. We were thrilled to have Tydan by our side the whole way through. More...
