Ty Newydd Country Hotel

The staff at this hotel are outstanding , as good as it gets in my opinion. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Food was plentiful, well cooked and tasty. All good, but, there's always a but. The hotel infrastructure needs updating although we found it comfy it is a bit tired as if the owners are making everything they can out of the place and not putting any investment into the property. Stopped off on the way back from a weekend away. We found it on google maps. A great find. The staff are super friendly, lovely menu and reasonable prices for the food. We had the fish and chips and the steak. Very delicious. Would recommend this hidden gem. More...

A great little country hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The views around are amazing and the whole place just looks fantastic.

We had our wedding there and it was better than we could ever have dreamed. The whole day went without a single issue. Everything was extremely well organised and once we had told them what we wanted we didn't have to do anything else as they made sure it was all tended to.

We return there from time to time for a meal as the food there is excellent. More...

Only used the reaustraunt for lunch. The food is lovely, fresh and reasonable priced. The staff are brilliant. Food portions are not too big - depends what you prefer. Dessert portions were small for the price. Menu is a little limited but at least you know it's good quality. It's easy to find just off main road.
