I have been a member of 5 elements for several years now. I have had the pleasure of working out with Mike, Nguyet, Tim, and Jen. Everyone here is friendly and professional. The reviews are spot on regarding family atmosphere in all aspects. Being able to work out in a small group setting in the morning with a personal coach/instructor is the ideal situation for myself. The instruction for cage, kick boxing and strength training is personal and motivating. All the members here are friendly and enjoy a good, tough work out. Great gym, great people. This place is legit - the facility is clean, classes and instruction are effective, and the owners are kind and very knowledgeable. Best of all is the vibe- there's no pressure to sign up or hidden fees/contracts to be wary of. I'm grateful to have found this place, Mike helped me develop an effective strength training routine.
