I recently received a traffic citation for going 54 in a 40. I called the Law Offices of David White to inquire about fighting the ticket and reducing the charges. Miss Jessica answered and, after hearing my situation, advised me that it would be much more affordable to skip hiring a traffic attorney and speak directly with the County Clerk about taking a Defensive Driving course instead.
