Who’d of thunk a bar-b-q joint (on wheels no less) would know anything about cooking fish? I’ll tell ya what. Randy and his crew have catfish down to a T (tasty? ) Portion size is great for the price, and it’s not greasy or mealy. Just a great fish meal. I’d highly recommend it. I ordered a smoked turkey and a smoked turkey breast for Thanksgiving, and wasn't disappointed. The pick-up a day ahead was easy. Each item was in an oven bag, so it was easy to reheat them and to drain off a bit of liquid to add to my gravy. I'd order the smoked turkey items again in a heartbeat. It was all delicious!
